Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook

This is the fillable workbook format an Eagle Scout candidate must use in seeking approval for his Eagle Scout service project proposal and to record the project's final plan and results. All entries of information in the workbook must be typed electronically.  The Eagle Scout Board of Review will not approve a workbook submitted with handwritten entries.  Hardcopy printings of the workbook are not available.

Functionalities for this electronic workbook include expandable text boxes and the ability to insert images in JPEG, GIF, TIF, and PNG formats.

Eagle Scout Rank Application

Use this fill-able Eagle Rank application to type your information in electronically, correct mistakes and keep it neat and legible. After completing the Eagle Rank application, print in color and mount the 2 pages back-to-back.

Eagle Palm Requirements

After successfully completing your Eagle Scout board of review, and being validated as an Eagle Scout by the National Service Center, you are entitled to receive an Eagle Palm for each additional five merit badges you complete beyond those required for Eagle.  There are slightly different requirements for Eagle Palms for merit badges earned before your Eagle board of review and for Eagle Palms earned after your Eagle board of review.
